Triodos Microfinance Fund and Triodos Fair Share Fund have provided a EUR 15 million subordinated debt facility to Ameriabank in Armenia to support the bank’s mission to increase its outreach to small-scale entrepreneurs and green initiatives.

We have now raised more than EUR 30 million subordinated debt this year, thereby maintaining a strong and diversified capital structure. This makes us well-positioned to continue growing our customer lending while maintaining strong capital adequacy ratios.”
