10x1000 Tech for Inclusion is an open fintech learning platform sponsored by member Ant Financial Group and IFC that enables learners to become drivers of digital economic growth. Our mission is to train 1,000 emerging talents and tech leaders each year for the next ten years. Some quick highlights of 10x1000 online platform:

The upcoming class in mid May 2021 is a Fintech Foundation Program tailored for frontline tech staff and mid-level management, and this class is with an Asia focus. We will select 150 high potential frontline tech engineers from all over Asia sponsored by IFC, Ant Group, as well as South East Asia governments and multinational organizations to join this class.
This is an intensive class requiring commitment of approximately 4-5 hours per week for 1 month (including flexible online learning, live Q&A and team discussion, capstone project sharing). Students will have great peer learning experience from group discussions and capstone project, and high quality networking opportunity with peer high-performers and lecturers. The program will cover a holistic overview of the impact of digital technology on inclusion, key trends in financial inclusion in Asia, as well as how Ant has designed its businesses around inclusion. Participants will gain insights on the key technology behind FinTech (blockchain, AI, security, IoT, cloud) and the latest applications for blockchain and AI in financial services.
We will also share the best practices for how digital technology can be used to solve business problems and achieve sale. This is a very informative and inspirational learning experience that no one shall miss.
We are looking for young talents that are:
• Experienced in Fintech/digital economy business, and a team leader or a senior individual contributor
• Has strong technical skills, and active contributor to company’s mission
• Has great communication/presentation skills, and willing to share
• Strong desire to learn, and commitment to continuous self-improvement
• Recommendation letter from company’s CTO or direct supervisor
• Willingness to share back to companies after learning from 10x1000
• Willingness to share in 10x1000 community
