Accion’s Frontier Investments Group (“Frontier”) is an early and growth stage impact investing fund focused on catalyzing new approaches to financial inclusion. Frontier invests in disruptive business models that radically enhance financial services to the unbanked and underbanked. Accoin is currently recruiting a Head of Operations who will be based in Washington, DC. Successful candidates will have experience in fund management and administration, ideally in multiple markets beyond the U.S.  You will be working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and will provide operational management and oversight for a third-party venture equity fund, anchored by Accion. You will be the go-to person for all aspects of operations – processes, policies and procedures, regulatory compliance and quality control generally. You will be supported by a close-knit, passionate, and talented group of investment professionals inspired by a mission of broader, higher quality financial inclusion.
