The Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF) is a US$250m multi-donor fund providing grants and soft loans to innovative businesses in agriculture, financial services, renewable energy and technologies for adapting to climate change. Over 200 companies, across 23 African countries, have received funding from the AECF so far.
